本日よりスタートの、チャリティーイベント
「The Call for Couture Festival」

右の少し小さい方が通常の販売で、
左のアイテムは、オークションアイテムとなります。
オークションアイテムは、このイベントだけの1点ものの限定商品で、
落札金額の50％がThe Samaritansというチャリティー団体に寄付されます。
The Samaritansとは、自殺防止を目的としたチャリティー団体で、
悩み相談などを主な活動としているそうです。
なんと、日本語での電話相談もできる専用の回線もあるそうです。

また、このイベントの主催者である、Kristy Seeroseは、
このほかにも数々のチャリティーイベントを企画し実行してきました。
わたしは今回初参加ですが、賛同できるイベントであれば
